It means Verb Second.
This is the right Verb position for a respectful sentence.
It means you want to show admiration to the listener, whoever he or she is, with no degrees of relation. You just put the Verb in second place, and it means you admire the person you're talking to.
It means the sentence: "Language learning", means: "I'm learning a language".
Just put the Verb in second place.
It happens specially with the Copula: da.
Akkia is tough, but it's a very beautiful language.
